We only accept orders from customers in certain countries and only ship to addresses within the country, from which an order has been placed. We reserve the right to reject any orders at our sole discretion.

The contract between you and BlackEagle s.r.o. for the purchase of products on our Website is executed upon reception of an order confirmation by you, sent to you via email. By submitting your order via the Website, you agree to pay the purchase price for the product(s) you selected plus any applicable shipping and handling costs, duties and/or taxes. If you choose to pay with your debit or credit card, your card will be charged in this amount at the time you submit your order.

We will deliver the product(s) you purchased to a common carrier at our warehouse for shipment to the destination you selected. We cannot guarantee shipment dates or delivery dates, but we will do our best to ship your products as soon as possible.

Customer with a shipping address outside of European Union will be responsible for local customs duties and taxes. For the charges of duties and taxes, please contact your local customs.
