Limited Warranty Policy

This Limited Warranty Policy applies to customers of BlackEagle s.r.o. ("we", "us", or "our") in the European Union, who purchase our product(s) through our online store at ("Website"). Our genuine product(s) is accompanied by a Limited Warranty, effective as of the day you received the product.

This Limited Warranty Policy is effective and current as of 01.01.2023.

This Limited Warranty extends only to the original purchaser - end customer (“you” or “your”), of the product(s) that was purchased directly from this Website, and can’t be assigned or transferred to anyone else. If you purchased our product somewhere else than directly from this Website, this Limited Warranty doesn’t apply.

This Limited Warranty covers manufacturer's defects, which are presumed to have existed at the time of delivery, in case the product is used for the intended purpose, under normal conditions.

This Limited Warranty doesn’t cover any defects or damages related to commercial use or caused by normal wear and tear over time, the natural breakdown of colors, misuse, accident (including but not limited to collision, fire, and spilled food or liquid), unreasonable use, improper care, neglect, abuse, unusual stress, alteration, modification, improper or unauthorized repair, or improper storage. This Limited Warranty voids, if a product is returned with removed, damaged or tampered labels or any alterations. We shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages.

All of the free promotional items are not covered under the warranty.

The determination of whether a defect is caused by the manufacturer, or due to accident, improper care, negligent use or natural breakdown of product will be made at our sole discretion.

Consumers may have certain rights related to consumer products under consumer laws in their country of residence, which cannot be limited. When you purchase products from Our Website, you will also receive coverage from this Limited Warranty, which operates alongside and in addition to your rights under consumer law and is not intended to limit such rights in any way.

We will provide warranty coverage, if your warranty claim complies with all terms of this Limited Warranty and you follow the return procedure below. If you don’t follow the return procedure, you can’t obtain warranty coverage.

To obtain warranty service for product(s) purchased on our Website, please notify us via our Contact form with your full name, order number, phone number, Product name with a short description of issue(s) and some images of the defective product. You can use the form at the end of this page.

If we authorize you to send your product to us, you can send the defective product to us with a proof of purchase, as a traceable package to:

Any product returned to us without a complete notification in advance and a valid warranty claim under this Limited Warranty or your rights under consumer laws in your country of residence may be rejected, returned to you at your cost or stored for a period of 30 days (storage fee will be charged). If you do not provide us the missing information nor pay for the cost of return shipping within 30 days, we may dispose of your product, after notifying you by phone or email about our intends to do so, providing you a final opportunity to make arrangements for return shipping.

In case your claim is covered by this Limited Warranty or your rights under consumer laws in your country of residence, we will pay the cost of shipping the product back to you after the warranty service is completed.

Once we receive the defective product, we will evaluate the issue. If we determine your claim to be valid, we will decide whether to repair or replace the defective product, free of charge. If your product will be replaced, we will decide whether to replace it with a new or refurbished product. If we, in our sole discretion, determine it’s not reasonable to replace the defective product, we may refund you the purchase price you paid for the product. Repaired or replaced products are covered for the remainder of the original product warranty or 90 days, whichever is greater.

Repairs not covered under this Limited Warranty nor the consumer laws in your country of residence will be considered on a case-by-case basis, and services provided will be at the expense of the customer at a reasonable charge. Charge will be determined at the time product is evaluated. We will not repair a product requiring any fee unless approved by you.

The (2) two-year warranty period starts from the day you received the product.

The Czech laws govern this Limited Warranty. It gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from jurisdiction to jurisdiction. This Limited Warranty does not affect any additional rights you have under consumer laws in your jurisdiction governing the sale of consumer goods, including, without limitation, national laws implementing EC Directive 99/44. Some countries might not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, in this case, the limitations or exclusions in this Limited Warranty may not apply to you.

We may change the content on our Website and Limited Warranty at any time, at our sole discretion. By using the Website, you agree to be bound by the Limited Warranty as modified, so please review this Limited Warranty regularly.
