Returns Policy

If you have changed your mind after you have sent out your order, please reach out to us as soon as possible so that we could cancel the order in time. It is not possible to cancel an order that has already been shipped. In this case, we would be happy to assist you with the return process below.

In case you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we would be happy to exchange it or issue a refund for you. To return a product(s) purchased on Our Website, please notify us of your intent to exchange or return any time within fourteen (14) days after the date you, or a person indicated by you, acquired physical possession of the product(s) per post or a courier . You can use the form found at the end of this Return Policy or sending us a message via Contact form.

The product(s) and its accessories has to be unused and unwashed, in a resalable condition with packaging and tags intact, and must include the original receipt. Please ship the product(s) back in the original box (or in other proper box) with tracking. The buyer is responsible for all return shipping fees. The refund amount excludes shipping, handling, and related fees. If you received "FREE SHIPPING" on the order, the merchandise amount minus our shipping/handling costs will be refunded to you. Product(s) that are returned to us damaged as a result of improper packaging may not be accepted. If the product(s) is used, damaged or does not include all protective materials and accessories sent to you with the product(s), we may offset the amount of your refund by the diminished value of the product(s) and/or missing items. We’ll provide you with a refund within fourteen (14) days of receiving your notice of intent to cancel, but may delay the refund until your returned product(s) have been processed in our warehouse.

We cannot be held liable for lost in-bound packages and reserves the right to reject an exchange or a refund to any customer not returning product(s) in accordance with these instructions. Refunds can only be issued to the cardholder of the original purchase. Any product(s) that are returned to us after the deadline; or are shipped "Cash On Delivery"; or are unaccompanied by a proper notification in advance, or not in accordance with these instructions cannot be processed and may be returned to the customer at the customer's sole liability and expense.

We may change the content on our Website and these Terms at any time, at our sole discretion. By using the Website, you agree to be bound by the Terms as modified, so please review these Terms regularly.
